If payment cannot be made at that time, please notify the school office at least 5 business days before direct withdrawal to avoid a penalty.

  3.  If payment is not received by the 21st of the month an inquiry call will be made.
  4.  Late payment (10 days) will be assessed a penalty fee by the FACTS Tuition Management System.
  5.  All accounts must be current before re-enrollment takes place.
  6.  Any return check fees incurred by East Gate Christian Academy will be billed to said families for reimbursement.
  7.  Tuition payments that are 60 days late may result in a mandatory suspension until that account is current.
