Fill out our online Student Application with a $100 application fee.  You will need the following documentation before submitting the application; you will be prompted to upload these during the application process: 

• Copy of child's Birth Certificate
• Copy of child's Health Record
• Copy of last Report Card
• Completed Pastoral Reference Form (click here to download) or a signed Pastoral Reference Letter

Additionally, you will be asked to download a Student Record Release form to bring to your child's previous school.  This will allow that school to release your child's records directly to EGCA.

The final step of the application process will be the payment of the application fee ($100).

Please note: the student application cannot be submitted without the documentation listed above and payment of the application fee.

After we receive and process your application and fee, you will receive a letter to schedule an interview.  During the interview, your child will be asked to complete a brief placement test.  Students entering grades 5-12 will additionally be asked to complete a student questionnaire.  The questionnaire may be completed in advance of the interview by printing and filling out the appropriate document below.

Following the interview an acceptance decision will be made, and you will be contacted with the decision.
